RETURN POLICY

We have made it easy for you to return your products.

 

RETURN POLICY - READ THIS BEFORE RETURNING

Please note that the following conditions apply to returns.

We do not take products back if they:

-          Does not appear as new

-          Has been washed

-          Has been exposed to smoke

-          Has not been packed properly

You always have free returns, regardless of the size of your order. You have a 100-day right of return. If this is exceeded, we unfortunately cannot offer returns.

You will only receive your refund when your order is back in our warehouse and the order has been inspected and approved. Max. after 14 days.

 

RETURN

If your order meets our return policy, you are ready to create a return case through our return portal. Jump into the portal and fill in the return form to create a return case and we will help you as soon as possible.

If your order complies with our return policy, your return case will be accepted and you will receive a return label that you can print out and tape to the front of your order.

Note: In order to receive a refund, it is a requirement that your return order has been properly packed. Therefore, be sure that your order is packed well, so that the ceramics make the entire trip back to our warehouse.

COMPLAINT

If you have a product with a manufacturing defect or want to advertise a product, you must send an email with pictures and a description to hej@kerama.dk.

You will then be informed of any further progress in connection with your complaint.
